We made it easy for Graham & Brown
The jingle made famous by wallcoverings giant, Graham & Brown, rang true for Wonderberry Digital when we were asked to transform their global website offering – making it easy for customers to view, choose and purchase their products online.
We were tasked with creating seven websites in different languages, each serving different territories (UK, US, Canada, Russia), showcasing different brands and allowing interaction with distributors as well as consumers. One of the greatest challenges we faced was providing technology to show off their products – wallpaper and paints- as clearly as if they were in a shop window. With standard eCommerce platforms, this is no mean feat.
Graham & Brown gave us several key objectives: to provide a web presence personalised for each of their territories while maintaining central control over branding and design; centralised management of products whilst allowing each site to customise; integration with their existing order management systems and multiple payment providers; an integrated internal advertising platform as well as improved cross-sell and up-sell opportunities built into each site’s functionality. The navigation was also multi-faceted to allow customers to browse and shop quickly and easily.
We were thrilled with the results as were Graham & Brown. At the last count, the UK site now has 210% more visitors and generates 180% more sales for the company.
